Bounceback question..

I know the rumor is that bouncebacks might not be offered in the future, but can anyone tell me if in the past (when offered), did they include days that normally get blacked out on the public offers. For instance, we are hoping for a room discount for the end of June 2011 (considered summer season). We will be down there November and were hoping to pick up a bounceback for June 2011, but is the summer season never offered a discount or did boncebacks have no blackout days? (Sorry this sounds so confusing).

Well, on the flyer left in my room, there were a few blackout dates, but not many. I can say I booked a bounce back for the YC from 12/5-12/11, and this week is blocked from many of the offers that were released in August.

We're traveling on a bounceback this year around Thanksgiving, and the blackout dates for the holiday were the same as the blackout dates for the current public offers. While we were able to book way in advance, we didn't seem to get any benefit with regards to less black out dates.

You know I am wondering about the whole bounceback thing as well.

We usually go in Sept for an anniversary trip. While there we always book the free dining bounceback for the week the following year.

They now offered free dining for next year during the time we go so I am wondering what the bounceback offer in the room will be, if there is one.
This may be the only year we dont actually book our following year trip while down there. That's a little unnerving.

Just returned on Monday from a 4 night stay at POFQ. No special bounceback in the room. Just the Cheshire Cat flyer which shows the free dining that is available to the general public right now.

We are leaving the world today. Our BB offered many dates for next year. There were dates in EVERY month. All were for free dining...Basically same plan as now but with one day pass instead of 2. I should have grabbed the flyer so that I could have posted the dates. Maybe your dates will be available.

We were just there Labor Day week-end. The bounceback in the room was the free dining offer, which I didn't care about. But, they sent me an e-mail, while I was there, with an offer that you had to book before checking out. It was from 11-23 to12-24,2010. You get 45% off villas, 40 off deluxe, 35 off moderate. It didn't say about value, but I guess they have something. That didn't help me, as I am going the week before Thanksgiving. Hope this helps you.

My DD is presently staying CR Club she will be leaving tomorrow, we will be back in January 2010, therefore looking for a BB, has been asking for BB offer but staff members have not given her an answer, is there a telephone number she needs to contact,

I also had a hard time with staff knowing anything in regards to BB offers. Have your daughter call, 8844, from her room phone. I wish I could get the free dining offer for next year with only one park ticket. I had to purchase two, maybe this will change as time goes on. Maybe, fewer people are booking? So, they are only requiring one park ticket now.

Dial x8844 from your room, give them your current reservation #, give them your future dates, and they should be able to tell you what is available for your future dates.

Hopefully they will release some good discounted Bounce Back rates for next December. I love it when I make my reservations and have a whole year to dream about it. (and to save for it too!)

We just got back from our stay and there was a bounceback offer left in our room on valentine's day. It was a 30% off value/35% off mods/40% off Deluxe room only offer. There were many blackout dates but I didn't take the flyer with me and I can remember them now.

Dates are 2/1/11-2/5/11,2/13/11-2/19/11,2/27/11-3/5/11,5/8/11-5/27/11,5/31/11-6/4/11,8/21/11-10/8/11,10/23/11-10/29/11,11/13/11-11/19/11,

I'm so bummed! We checked out of AKL on Valentine's Day and we were so hoping for a BB offer. I checked with housekeeping and they said that no new offers had been printed. I also spoke with the Front Desk and said that we were hoping to book a return trip before checking out if we could find a BB offer. I even asked them for the BB phone # ext. and they said they didn't know of one. They assured me that there definitely wasn't a current BB offer available.
