I called twice this week to change dates. First try, I got an agent who said he had to transfer me to someone who could do BB. Then, he cut me off. After 30 minutes on hold, grr. Second try, a lovely cm helped me, had no issues. I changed the resort and dates. We have a room only discount BB. I didn't see free dining offered as an option when we booked. I wonder if once the offer changes if that limits your ability to change dates? We booked in Dec. '16.

Free dining bounceback offer ended 10/31.

You are limited to the terms of the offer you booked under. You can still change dates, but your bb stay must fall under the dates of the original offer.

FYI - I called 1-407-939-1923 to make changes to an existing bounce back reservation. No transferring required. Just a few minutes on hold because I was changing something on a reservation for a deal that had expired. The CM called guest services to have them check availability for my change and to do an override, he came back to me with a dollar figure and then had them process. I was off the phone in less than 15 minutes.
