Bounceback Phone Number?

I have been trying to contact guest relations about our trip. But, I always seem to get the regular CRO CMs. I know that when we were there, there was a specific number to call. If anyone still has this can you please share. I perfer to speak to someone who is more knowledgable about what changes I can make.

You can not use this phone number anymore. You have to be actually staying at the resort. Otherwise the bounceback is not valid anymore.

I understand what you are saying but I am already booked with the bounce back promotion. I just want the actual telephone number not the 8844 number that you dial from your room. It sucks because all I remember is the area code.

I called the number from my cell phone while I was there in September but, I can't find the cell phone bill.
