Bounceback offers

I know in the past Disney has had bounceback offers for those staying at their resorts. Are they still doing this? I'm going the beginning of June and was hoping I could get a bounceback offer for mid July. Currently, there are no offers for that time frame and I won't pay rack rate. Fingers crossed Disney releases some more discounts or I can book a bounceback offer.

No, unfortunately Bounceback offers have yet to return.
