Bounceback Offer

I read the threads re: DDP and bounceback offers and have no clue what this means! We'll be at GF next week, will tour AKV, and hope to become a DVC member on the spot. Are incentives being offered to return to Disney next year in addition to $8 off per point or DDP?

the Bounceback offer is if you make your reservation for next year at the same time (not on points) at certain resorts, you are guaranteed "Free Dining." Someone else will correct me if I am wrong, but that is what the sheet said that we saw at BWV last week. I think this offer is just to people paying cash for their rooms not DVC members.

I get it now - DDP in this case means Disney Dining Plan, not Double Developer Points. (I hate acronyms...)
