We had a flyer in our room when we checked in at Poly on the 4th of September. We booked the morning we checked out (the 12th ) and hopefully all will align and we'll be able to go for another wonderful stay next fall!

I think it was only offered for a very limited time to try to insure the hotels will be booked next September right after school starts. Sorry to those who missed out but I think October is much more popular now than september is.

You had to book during your stay at Disney, so they only officially notified you in your room.

Last year they also offered the Bounceback Free Dining offer to guests staying at a WDW resort in November/December '06 for the 2007 dates, so maybe they will have that again for resort guests who are staying this Nov/Dec for next summer '08

Otherwise (based on what they have offered the last few years) you will probably have to wait until April '08 or so to book any free dining offer for next summer (2008):

We just got back yesterday and we booked the bounceback for next year on Sept. 27th. The info we recieved said that it ended on Sept. 28th however, another party that was travelling with us called on Sept. 28th (to get price info) and were told that due to popular demand they extended it to Oct. 12th. They called back on Sept. 29th and booked that package.... so I'm assuming it is true they have extended the bounceback. Unfortunately, that doesn't help you much since you are arriving on Oct. 13th but here's hoping they extend it even longer.

We checked out of Coronado Springs today. We did not book bounce back, but the flyer said it was available to book until mid October...Offer must be booked before you check out.

We checked out on 9/30 but booked on 9/27. We never received a flyer, so I was glad I had heard about it here before we left. They didn't give us a problem about our check-out date.

I am hoping that they do offer the free dining again on their website. I didn't book before I checked out in September because I ran out of money! Unfortunately I did a little too much shopping at DTD!

I seem to have the worse luck, we check in on Oct. 14th. Last year I missed the BBP as we checked out the week before it began.

Write and nicely complain - if they get enough, they may extend again. According to the CM who booked our bounceback trip that's what happened this time. We checked in on the 28th and she said they had all just gotten emails that morning that they were extending the booking window because they got so many complaints from people checking in just after the booking window ends.

We checked into CBR on the 9/29 and I thought I would be missing the bounceback dates by a day. But, I was pleasantly surprised to see the flyer in our room with the dates extended to checkouts on 10/12! I called the number on the flyer on the day we checked out and we are booked and bouncing back to CBR in 08! I have the flyer in front of me and it looks like it is not including the values........
