Bounceback Information and FAQ Thread - 25-35% off BOUNCEBACKS ARE EXTENDED through Oct 2026! Updated 5/22/2025

We just got back last week and I booked two rooms for next September 2026 (last week of September) - we may not be able to go at that time but because it’s a possibility, I booked the two packages to make sure we get the bounceback offer - if we can’t go, our only other time to go would be January/February 2027! I’m not so sure I’ll be able to hold onto the offer that long because final payment would be due at the end of August so if I can’t book for 2027 by then, and we can’t go, I may lose the the whole thing. We just used a bounceback offer for the first time on our last trip and ended up moving the trip up from when I originally booked it so we could go sooner - I guess all I can do is keep an eye on what’s being offered.

A trip for January/ February 2027 would only be 4 months later than 1 in September 2026. Even before Covid, BB dates for the following year were available by mid August. And as @vinotinto pointed out, the following year dates have come out much sooner the last few years. The 2026 dates we’re still waiting for are 13 months away. So you really should be fine with that.

The bigger issue you might have is how limited the January/ February dates are. You might only get Sundays - Thursdays at a discounted rate at that time of year.

Yup. I have until Sunday to book. That’s why my assumption is that they will extend the dates on Monday (or later). Just being a little cynical…
You can always choose something as a sort of placeholder during the 7 day window. Then change to the dates/resort you want when the offer is hopefully extended.

That’s good to hear! Actually, we try to avoid weekends at the parks so Sunday-Thursday would work.

Hello wise bounceback experts! I'm considering booking a bounceback offer for the first time and just want to make sure I'm understanding correctly how it works.

I checked out on Sunday, so I'm in my 7-day booking window now. I'm tentatively planning another trip for December 2026. I can book any dates currently available with the bounceback offer now, and then change them to the December dates if/when the offer is extended?

I also may have additional family members joining for the December 2026 trip, and ideally I'd like to book multiple rooms so we can take advantage of the discount for everyone. I'm assuming I need to book all of the rooms now and can't add more later, right? Thanks!

Yes, absolutely book something now & change to later 2026 dates when they are released. You can change dates, room types or resorts pending availability. As for your other rooms, personally, I’d book them now. Each guest can book up to 3 rooms total. If you need more than that, another adult that was on your current trip can book up to 3 rooms as well. There was 1 recent post from someone who was able to add a 2nd room later. But previously that wasn’t allowed. You would need to call to add the extra rooms anyway, so you might want to ask & see what you’re told. IMO, you can always cancel the extra rooms. The only drawback to booking now is tying up the deposit money. But if you wait & there’s a chance you won’t be able to add them later, are you OK with that?
