Yes, that is correct. You can stay at a campsite on a different offer (not BB), but you can book a future stay with a BB from that trip at another resort. If that makes sense. I thought you were asking if you could book and stay at the campground with the BB offer.
I actually read a couple of plan Disney replies that confused me. In one, the PlanDisney person said the a stay at the Fort campsites wouldn't qualify for the BB offer.
I know someone who last year stayed at a campsite and was able to book a bounce back via phone for another resort in the future, so it worked for her!

There was no bounceback offer in 2022. They were stopped with Covid closures & didn’t return until July 2023
Plan Disney is laughably wrong in quite a few of their replies. I’m honestly not sure of the requirements for a position with PD besides “warm body (AI wouldn’t be incorrect as often) who can type overly long responses to simple questions.” PD should just refer people to Disboards if they would like real-world, valid experience.

What does “enhanced” mean?
Not OP but the CM I spoke with yesterday used a similar phrase, she said the offer was having "magical enhancements" which in context I took to mean a euphemism for "technical difficulties".
My TA said the same thing. She was going to try again this afternoon
Chatted with them this morning. Told me that they were having some issues and try tomorrow. I booked anyways for 2026 with the "assurance" that I would be able to apply the bounce back to those dates if available for the BB. Hopeful! LOL
