I also wanted to post my experience with using the new online system for bounceback offer. We arrived last night, this morning I was able to do a full search across any dates using this bounceback special (it showed up in my list of available offers), just the same as you can do for any other special. So, for example, we are here for a while so I was able to search across all of December/January to look for bounce backs. Surprisingly, there is still a lot available for December and January. I was also able to go to any of my bookings and try to change reservation and to see if I could get a better deal on any of my existing bookings using the bounceback offer.

So in short once you are here (or while you have access to the bounceback offer) the new online system lets you do searching/changing just as you can do with any other special.

Hi All. Just wanted to share my latest BB experience. I already posted my success with booking my October 2025 standard room at Pop Century and also adding another night. I also booked a spring BB trip at Pop Century and although flexible with 4 different dates only 1 date was available and I had to take a pool view room. Not the end of the world but I really want a standard room. So yesterday I called for the 3rd time to try again. And I am happy to report I was successful. I was actually flexible with 8 different dates this time and 1 of them had the standard room I wanted. I also saved 108 dollars and I know may not be alot I will take it. LOL And the CM I had was great . So 3 was the charm for me so I won't have the daunting task of calling regularly to try and modify. Looking forward to reading more success posts like mine. And of course looking forward to my 2025 Disney trips.

Hi @frann I can't speak for everyone but I do know my June 2025 and October 2025 BB trips are 25% BB discount at Pop Century. Both trips are for standard rooms.

Can anyone who will be using this discount at POP in May give me an idea of what you are paying so I know if I should keep trying?

The BB discount for values is 25% if available. 30% for moderates and 35% for deluxe/villas.

It's so much better now being able to book it on your own. I had a bounceback for May which the dates have plenty of availability. I decided to change that stay to go just after New Years day instead. I was able to get CSR Club level deluxe suite for $527 a night. We really love CL and it's now normally only discounted 10% with my AP which is just really expensive. I'll rebook May once I stay at CSR.

Alright! I booked our ten day bb offer for next November. I had to call in since no pool views were available at pop. Cast member overrode the system and set us up. Price was quite good. Modify link for reservation now shows up online

That’s great. Wish it were retroactive and I could have a modify link in my BB.

I have two bouncebacks and the first one was before this new modify link. I had a regular room booked at BWI and I had to call to modify to CL, but now I see a change option online with this reservation. So that's good that I don't have to call on it anymore.

Oh wow. Thanks for that info. I actually do need to try and adjust my dates by one day, but it’s so far in the future, I haven’t been motivated to call. Now that you shared that, I’m going to call today.

I have never used a BB offer.
If we plan to go November 23 2025 and stay to November 27, the BB says isn’t good for the 27. Will it allow me to book entire time just not discount the 1 night?
Sounds like we can book by a QR code on the paper and book online?

Yeah me too! I'm annoyed.

I modified one of my older Bouncebacks yesterday and it still says "To change or cancel your reservation, call...".
I want a modify link too! Why are some people getting it and others aren't? I don't mean to sound bratty but that modify call yesterday took over 50 minutes! I had very little initial hold time. Almost all of that was trying to get the CM to do what I needed. I just want to be able to do it myself.

Good idea @vinotinto to wait. I also did not get a online modify option when I called this week and changed my spring BB trip dates. Still says to call on my updated email confirmation.

It is weird how some people don’t get the online modify. It’s so annoying to not be able to see everything available.

@jemtx - Remind me again when you did your *original* booking? I wonder if it was fairly recently (but before the change) and there was already the infrastructure behind the scenes, and that's why you have the modify button.
