Bounceback Free QSDP vs $75 gift card offer from CBR

My daughter and I currently have POP free QSDP booked for June with the bounceback offer booked last August. Now I see the CBR has $75 gift card per night of stay. Rack rate of Pop to qualify for free dining vs the AP rate for CBR is only a difference of $84 for the 8 nights. (My daughter needs a ticket and the second one we have to purchase for free dining will be used by my son in August. So, I take the tickets out of the equation.) Also, we are "in the parks all day" type of guests. We do not utilize the resort amenities or pools. Basically just use the room to sleep and shower so construction and all doesn't bother us.

Would you switch to CBR over Pop? I am thinking we can eat better with $75 gift card vs all QSDP meals. I am really leaning towards switching. What are your thoughts?

$75 for the 8 nights is $600, minus the $84 difference leaves $516 gift card benefit. Can you both eat for all 8 days for that?? The tickets you bought with your free dining package last August were bought before the latest increase. So buying your daughter & son tickets now will cost more too. And the dining plan just increased within the last week or so. That means prices in the restaurants are likely to go up too. Make sure you factor all that in to your decision.

Nope. I would not switch. If it's just the two of you, you don't need a bigger room. You'll have easy access to two great food courts at Pop and one stop bus service right to the parks.

Thanks so much for all the replies. I so appreciate it. I just realized one more thing. I have an AP so the anniversary 20% food discounts are going on right now.... However reading all your replies have me leaning towards just staying put at Pop.
