Bounceback Free Dining plan B, did you have to use it.

Now that free dining has been out for a month is everyone still getting their first choice? Did you have to switch resorts, room category or dates? I read on another thread that POR had only garden view or higher left at the beginning of the promotion. List what you've done here.

I'm still here. But we booked last week and got Pop standard room no problem but we prefer the QSDP. I booked from 8/22 for 14 nights.

I got POR garden view (no standard left) for Aug 21-28.

Booked yesterday 8/29, we got POFQ standard view forn 8/20-8/30, (views at mods don't mean much to me). When I first called for priciing, on 8/23 there was only GV and above at POR.

Ours had a room discount. We checked into Yacht club 8/15 and Contemporary 8/17.
I had been hoping for free dining! That would me mad sad if others had the offer we wanted and we didn't!

The offer was for anyone staying at a Walt Disney resort. It wasn't only for select guests. The offer was in the welcome packet in the room

We booked standard view for POR for dates 8/20/2015- 9/2/2015. No problems getting standard. My parents also booked standard at POR with no problems

We booked Pop last night. Aug. 20 - Sept. 3 standard room for 14 nights.
I would have booked preferred at Pop if I had to. That was my back up.

Last week we booked at POFQ standard view for Aug 25- Sept 3. That was all our first choice. No problems at all getting it.

We booked the bounceback last week without issue. CBR and POFQ were available, Riverside unavailable for standard room. We're barely in the room, so no need to spend $160 (8nights) more for the Riverside room. The brochure in the folder in our room was outdated, offering room discounts with a 2014 calendar of available dates. Was delighted to find free dining was available for next year.

Not all the welcome packets in the rooms were the FD offer. We were at the GF from 8/13-8/21 and the BB in our room was also a R/O for the rest of this year not the FD one. I only knew there was a FD one floating around because I had read about it here on the Dis but for folks who didn't know that and didn't call to ask, they would have missed out...sorry mistysue!

Wonder what room rates are looking like. Someone on another thread stated that he booked at one of the All Stars for under $100 per night. Just curious since this seems below rack rate.

To price out room rates, go to www.disneyworld.com and plug in the 2015 dates you are interested in.

We just returned today from CSR and booked bounceback yesterday. POR Royal Room Standard View from 9/21-9/26 BTW we did not have the offer in the room and had to just call the ext.
