Bounceback email

Just so you know, we received bounceback emails (exact same offer as on flyer in the room) The only thing is that we didn't have the flyer in our rooms and I didn't get the email until after I was home (no computer) I did know of the offer from these boards. I did have the code applied to our week after thanksgiving res. to save a little more.
 
The BB we had in our room was for almost all 2010-except holidays...30-45% off. (Sounds like the same one) In order to get it you have to book before you leave-but I have read here there are some of the same deals people are getting in email/pins/codes. Just wondering how much time the pin/codes & email are giving to book?? I'm keeping my fingers crossed-never jumped on the deal while we were there....

The PIN is through Dec 16 with 30% off moderates (our reservation was booked orig with it) The Bounceback offer is 35% off moderates and is good through Dec 24. We saved a few dollars with the bounceback!
 
IME when you don't get the Bounceback card in your room:
1st ask your mousekeeper
call the res # and tell them you would like to book bounceback but didn't get the card

Well, when I called I didn't have the card, no one knew at the front desk. I didn't see our housekeeping CM. I called from the room using the 8844 ext. When speaking to the CM on the phone she kept telling me to READ the flyer. Who knows why. Also, once I told her the code (I got it from here, I hadn't received the email yet at the time) she changed my discount from the PIN rate of 30% off to the bounceback 35% off. When she was all done she wanted to know my current res. number (WL not the res I was making CBR) I didn't have it! I told her you have to be kidding, well she said she needed it (even though it was right in front of her on my info) I know that's so since when I was changing the discount amt she told me I had the reservation before I could even tell her!! She said she was calling the front desk for my current res #! I was on hold another 5-10 min and then she came back and said she was sending an email with the change. Well it's a wekk later and no email, but I did check the res online and the total has been changed. My daughter changed hers and had a great CM that applied the new code and that was it! All depends on the CM.
