Not really sure if I understand your question...so I'll answer it a couple of ways.
Last year, the Bounceback offer WAS
free dining. I booked a bounceback last October for this September that is exactly the same free dining promotion that is currently offered....I just got to book it much earlier.
Now, if you are there this year during free dining, you may book a bounceback for next year...that offer MAY be free dining or a discount...not sure what is being offered currently.
If you book a bounceback that is a percentage discount, you cannot also have free dining if it is offered next year...you can have one of the other but not both.
