Bounceback and FD?

We're going in May but are probably going back in Sept with our daughter, her husband and our grandkids.Has anyone ever got the bounceback AND free dining,or is it one or the other?
 
Wouldn't it be pretty much the same thing? Either way your dining is free?
Anyway, you can only utilize one promotion from Disney at a time. You cant stack offers.
