Is everyone suppose to get a Bounce Back offer? We have been at AKL all week and leaving in the morning. I have not seen or heard anything about an offer of any kind.

Just FYI, unless AKL doesn't do these for conservation reasons, there should be a pamphlet in your room that looks like this. On the inside cover is info on the current BB offer. Sometimes Mousekeeping forgets to put these in the rooms.

And some resorts, like Y & B Clubs, no longer put any of the information booklets in the rooms. I think it's more cost saving than conservation effort tho. But as a current on site guest, you are eligible OP. So as PO said, just call ext 8844 from your room phone before you check out. It can sometimes take a bit to get thru to a CM, so I wouldn't leave it til the last minute in the morning.
