Bounce back vs Public discounts

Are there a certain number of rooms allotted for EACH of these offers or would rooms not be available for the date under BOTH offers?
Just asking because we are going in Sept. and wondering if there might be a Bounceback offer available for our dates and resort that I can't get with the new public discount.

Sometimes Bounceback offers include resorts that aren't included in the general public offers that come out later. Based on the info I've seen, the common resorts are excluded from the current bounceback. But there may be more availability in the Bounceback for standard rooms than there will be when discounts come out.

Pool of rooms available for any discount are different.

I can only speak about RO reservations, but we have always found the BB offers and choices to be better then either public or AP discounts. Usually a better selection of resorts and a better % off.
