Bounce back question

hi all!

We have a trip planned for May 2017, however after a particularly crummy summer, I am thinking of taking my daughter to our happy place for about 36 hours lol. If the bounce back works for our May dates at that point (planning end of October for MNSSHP), can I just switched our current reservation ( lots of $$$ already paid on it) to the bounce back or will I be required to cancel and rebook? I am trying to avoid a refund and repaying as I am Canadian and the dollar isn't doing as well as when a majority of the payments were made. I could stand to loose quite a bit and would need to play with the numbers then. Anyone have any idea?

You'll have to cancel and rebook most likely - it's a different department. If you're going from a RO to RO or PKG to PKG though you can request that the funds from one reservation be transferred to the other. If you're going from one room type to the other they can't do that though.
