Bounce Back Offers

What is a bounce back offer, and how do I get one? We were just there in April, and would love to go back for the holidays.

You have to book your next stay while you're still on your current stay. You can't book it afterwards, it must be before you check out. If you're lucky, there may be a bounceback available for 2013 if you visit in Nov/Dec 2012.

As the pp said must be booked before you leave. If no flyer in the room try dialing 8844 on your room phone. And you can ask the housekeeper for one also as they are the ones who put the flyers in your room

There was a BB offer when you were there in April. It looked like this:

This particular flyer shows Deluxe resorts, but the fine print mentions you can ask about other resorts/categories. This one is a room discount BB offer for 35% off Deluxe and Villas, 30% Mods and 25% Values, but the remaining BB dates left now are only through December 2012:
4/29—5/26/12, 6/3—6/9/12, 8/5—10/6/12, 10/21—11/3/12, 11/11—11/17/12, 11/25—12/1/12 and 12/9-12/15/12.

Sorry you missed this particular BB. You had to book BEFORE you checked out. BB flyers seem to be hit or miss, so remember in the future to always call extension 8844 from your resort room before checking out to ask about ongoing BB offers.
