Bounce Back Offer?

I have a few questions. I am seriously thinking of doing this on my trip in October but here goes.

1. Our reservation for our trip in October is in my sister's name..can I book the bounce back since I am named on the reservation also?
2. If I book for 3 people and it ends up that only 2 can go or just 1...can this be changed at a later date.
3. If I decide I need to cancel. Can I do this?
4. I think free dining is offered (for bounce back) for the time I am going..but I have heard that they may start the room discount offer too the week we are there. Which would you recommend? We have always done free dining but if the room discount is greater then I may do that.

3. Reservations can always be canceled. (Well, there are restrictions with regards to how close to the arrival date you can cancel and not lose any money, but you can always cancel.)

4. You have to do the math. It depends on how many people are in the room and what level of resort you're staying at.

I don't know what the minimum number of nights is but I do know that you have to buy either park hoppers or tickets with the water parks and more option.
