Yes. The love the space and amenities of a 1 bedroom, but that lack of a 5th sleeper is a serious bummer. We are a family of 4, but the kids just do not share a bed well. We stayed at a one bedroom at BWV last time and brought an air mattress - it worked ok, but I don’t think we would do it again.I really don’t like the main living area at all, so sad they didn’t add the 5th sleeper. Bedroom and bathroom look great.
Looks fabulous! Totally jealous!!!Just got in our 2 Bedroom. Smells so new![]()
It seems like they could have rearranged that room so it could have the pull down somehow. Kind of stinks it doesn't have it. I wonder if that is all the rooms on the 5th floor don't have the living room pull down? Or just some of them on 5th floor?Someone checked into a 2 bedroom today and got a new room. They shared on the DVC Fan Facebook group, It’s one with slanted ceilings so the living room does not have a Murphy bed.

They are replacing the carpet only after they have a complete block of rooms finished (no additional construction traffic). There is one photo on one of the Facebook pages of the first area replaced.Did they do the hall carpet? If not, how bad does that look? Because I was walking on each floor last week and there were so many dirt and bleach stains in the long hallways. TY
I believe this is actually a 4th floor room on the wing closest to the main lodge. 5th floor is only on the other side. Other rooms without angled ceilings do have the queen Murphy beds. I think the cost to reconfigure the floor plan to allow the twin Murphy bed probably far exceeded the budget and scope but I do agree that would have been nice. Maybe that’s a change they make for 2042….It seems like they could have rearranged that room so it could have the pull down somehow. Kind of stinks it doesn't have it. By responses I'd say you're in the majority. A wildly successful renovation.Wow! I may be in the minority, but I love these rooms! The mustard bench is one of my favorite pieces. I'm definitely going to have to get to BRV!!!
