Boulder Ridge balcony question

This is a different question than originally posted but pertains to balconies at Boulder Ridge. So I hope this is the right way to pose this questions!? Do one bedroom villas have one balcony or two? I have seen photos both ways. This leads me to believe both are available? Can any of you folks advise as to what you've experienced? At this point, Copper Creek appeals to me more because of their extended balcony, but I want to make an educated choice. Thank you in advance to those able and kind enough to reply!

We’ve stayed in 3 different 1 beds at BRV and two of them had two separate balconies and one had a double sized continuous balcony.

All of the 1 bedroom BR villas I've stayed in have been on the 4th or 5th floor, and all had one balcony only off the living room, with a window only in the bedroom (no balcony or balcony access). That's based on 6 stays.

Yes, on the fifth floor. We got one of those units a few years back, but we always request a high floor (although to be fair we usually end up on the 4th floor, which is fine).

Yes. As a Pirates Life said only in the rotunda. The 5th floor, however, does have some of the best views of the lake and the ones on the long side, odd number have fantastic views With the regular balconies. Touring plans has great views of the resort layouts and views.
Staying for the first time next month in a studio...is this the ideal request to make for a great view? 5th/high floor laakeside?
