Not yet. BRV is currently scheduled for refurbishment sometime in 2022.

I am laughing but I’m also crying because I am expecting them to tell us they are postponing refurb till 2023 at the owners meeting.

Boulder Ridge rooms are not run down… dated, furniture scarred a bit, yes but it’s not as if the rooms are falling apart. We stay in a studio or 1 bedroom several times a year and yes, they need refurbishment but just fine otherwise.

Did you miss the review where the couch looked it was enjoyed at a frat house house for 10 years? Not exactly screaming deluxe. (many reviews show the furniture at yuk ... at best)

People will happily post the negative... All I can go by is recent personal experiences of which I have multiple.

I agree with others. Stayed in a studio expecting to have a run-down room but was pleasantly surprised how I liked the room.

Thats what I thought as well. One of the group experts in the other forum I follow, indicated it started early/within the last week when someone posed the question...thought i'd check over here if anyone saw/heard different.
