I am very upset with Boulangerie Patisserie. To make a long story short, last Thursday (after waiting an hour for them to open) we ordered about $37.00 in food. Totally forgetting about our DDP we paid for this on our credit card (though our main bank), the CM at the counter "screwed up our order" and said she had to re-do everything. We asked if she had credited the first order and she said she did. She even threw out the receipt.
Well, come to find out that she didn't credit the first charge. We notified our bank when we got home and thought all was taken care of. I looked at our bank account today and both charges were taken out of our account. Now to some people $37.00 is nothing, but my husband and I work very hard for our money and our vacation and every penny counts. Is there an address that I can make a complaint to? I sent yet another corrospondence to my bank but I don't know what will come of that.
As a warning to everyone else, if this happens to you make sure you get both receipts and ask for a Manager.
We love the food there but because of this we are seriously considering bypassing them next year. (I won't forget about our DDP next time that's for sure)
