Bought resale - never got deed

I closed on a resale in November and paid cash, but I don't think I ever got a deed. I got something from the resale agent, but it was just paperwork, showing the purchase. DVC sent me the DVC point chart guidebook and later sent my membership cards, but I don't remember seeing the deed and can not find it.
Anyone know how I can get a deed if it was lost in the mail or whatever?

I bought an addon through Disney in November and just got my deed in the mail today. Seems they are a bit slow getting them out right now.

We added on officially in late November to SSR and just got the deed THIS week! And I believe our resale from last year also took a long time to get to us, but don't remember exactly.

I just posted the same thing, didn't see yours there. But good to know that Disney is at least consistant with it.

Those who purchased thru Disney will get the deed from Disney, but resale purchasers should receive theirs from the closing company. I would check with your resale broker and the closing company if you're certain the documents have not reached you yet.

It can take a while. If it shows up on line you should be OK. If you haven't gotten the deed contact either the closing company or Orange County to see where it is in the process.
