Bought my dress yesterday on a whim! (link edited)

I can't believe it! I was at one of our local malls yesterday and went into a store that sells nice dresses (mostly formal dresses, prom dresses etc.) just to see what they had to offer. Well, I found a gorgeous dress which is exactly the style I wanted and it was marked down to $200! Wouldn't you know it, they only had 2 left and 1 was exactly my size.
So, needless to say, I tried it on and knew that I had found my dress.
I'm kind of in denial right now that my quest for a dress is over already, but hey, I guess that's a good thing

That's great news about your dress. I also got mine off the rack at a $99 dollar dress sale (and it was a $99 dress). It was the first one I tried on, so I tried on two more just to be sure. But it fit me perfectly and I loved it so I bought it. I then tried it on about every 2 weeks for the next 11 months to make sure it still fit. It's probably the most worn bridal gown in history!

I saw my dress in a David's Bridal catalog. I knew right away it was the one I wanted. I drove 2 blocks to David's and showed the woman the picture. She walked over and pulled the dress out in what she thought would be my size. I tried it on and it fit perfectly! I bought it right there, it was the only dress I tried on. I knew it was for me. When you know, you just know! I have no regrets. Here is my dress. (Unfortunately, this is not me) lol

I did the same thing, i saw it on the David's website, went in with the pic, showed the woman, she grabbed that one and a few other similar ones, but the dress i picked out was "the dress" she said when i put it on, look no further that's it. I tried the rest of them on, but i knew that the dress i had picked was the one!
