Bought Mini-Mister Fans at Walmart this weekend!

Woo hoo! My Walmart finally got in their supply of mini-mister fans. They're about $2.77 each, and come with a caribiner clip to attach to a belt loop, fanny pack, etc. I have been checking once a week to see when they would get them in, and they finally have them! Love the small size - can't wait to use them!

They were in the hardware section, by the aisle that had the larger floor fans. They were located on an end-cap on that aisle. (They also had the larger mister fans, too -- I think they were less than $4 each.)

I checked again today at our Walmart and didn't have any luck. Hopefully we will get them here soon. I want to be prepared for our first summer trip. I was looking in the camping/sport section. I must check out the section you talked about.

I have been looking for them in the dollar stores and such with no luck.
Yes I an early packer also, and I need to know I have everything ready to go when I officially start to pack.

Happy to help out. I'm not going to WDW until October, but wanted to buy these as soon as I saw them. Tucked them away in my Disney box!

I've been looking for them also! And have been asking here on the boards about them. I have been checking Walmart for the last month, but alos, did not go this week. We're leaving in 30 days and I would really like to pack these! Got to go check on Friday! Thanks for the heads up!

I have already started my shopping and this was one thing that forgot to put on my list. I am planning on going to pick up my LGMHs tomorrow and will head over to Walmart while I am out and see if our's has the fans out yet.

Those little fans are great! We had them for our trip last July. I carried a washcloth in a ziplock baggie, and when we found ourselves HOT , wipe the face with the wet cloth and turn the fan on.

I bought mine this week also. Walmart had four or five types of fans but only one with the mister. One more thing off the "to buy" list.

I picked mine up today. They are a little smaller than I had expected, but I am going to put a battery in one in a little while so I can check it out.

With that said I do think if they do work well the smaller size would be alot better, because it is so much easier to carry around than the large ones that we bought while at Disney last summer.

If you have a picture of the fan would you mind posting it? I have been looking for a week now and only found these little hand held fans, no misting on them at my Walmart. I have 30 days and yes I'm packing way in advance...

I went today and could not find any. They only had one type that went around the neck that seemed to be rather large. I too would like to see a picture of one so I can actually see if it's the one I'm looking for. Thanks guys!

Thanks for the heads up. I'll be out in that area tonite so I'll check and see if they are in stock now in NY. I really hope so. And BTW, for all you who thing you are early packers - it is never too early to get things that you need. These types of items are hard to find sometimes and you must get them when you find them!!!

I bought one last week at Walmart when I was down in Mass. For those of you looking for them, at the one that I went to, they were on the side of an end-cap in either the sporting goods or hardware section.

If you Google "o2-cool fans" you can find a few places to buy these online. But they cost significantly more online than the cost at Walmart (plus you'd probably have to pay for shipping).

Good luck - keep trying - I looked once a week for several weeks before my Walmart had them in stock. Now that all the summer merchandise is rolling in, you'll probably get some soon.
