Bought Billy's Bootcamp

I just bought it today at Target and I am going to start using it on Monday. I am a big fan of Tae Bo. Has anyone had good results from this workout. I also want to get his Fatburner workouts. I can't wait to start.

I have both bootcamps and really like them. As a fan of taebo you shouldn't be disappointed. Though I wish they were for an hour not the 45 minutes.

and dont forget to try your local library to see what dvd/ or vhs tapes they have available to test before you buy!!

I got very good results, I just have to stay away from potato chips, they kinda detail things!

Hey, thanks for asking! I am undecided on it. It's not like his other workouts. Kinda slow to me and the routines are a lil hard to get but, I sure do get a sweat from it. I think I might try his fat burner DVD instead. I like the more jump around and move around workout girl. The first time I did it the Billy Band came off my foot and whacked me in the face. It was funny and something that would only happen to me.

Ohhh no, I'd be there with you! I just don't often coordinate those things well. Glad you didn't get hurt though and that you may still use this for some of your training.
