For Christmas, DH received a Mickey Mouse shirt that was purchased in DD. Can this be returned or exchanged at a local Disney Store?

Not anymore, unfortunately.

The Children's Place bought out The Disney Store, so it's no longer the Walt Disney Company you're dealing with there.

Call WDW merchandising (407-363-6200), and explain your situation. I believe you can do an exchange via mail-order.

Call WDW merchandising (407-363-6200), and explain your situation. I believe you can do an exchange via mail-order.

Mail order merchandise, or if you are going to be in WDW within a 90 day period would be the only ways to exchange an item purchased in WDW. You will need a copy of the receipt when you do it, though!
