Bought a shirt, but it doesn't fit...

Bought a shirt as a gift for a family member while we were at the parks this last weekend and it doesn't fit! Can we exchange it using the online Disney Store? Or should we just hold it for out next trip, in a few months? Thanks!

If you have an actual Disney Store near you you can return park merchandise there with a receipt. Otherwise, if you're going back to the parks in a few months, I'd hold it and return it then.

A couple of years ago we got home with shirt that had some problem (can't remember if it was size or what). I do remember it being an easy exchange through the mail but we did have to call them on the phone to do it. If you're going back in just a few months, probably worth it to hold on to it as long as they don't hold you to a deadline.
