Bottom (?) of arms.....

Hi everyone :)
What kind of execise can I do, at home, for the bottom of my arms. If you guys aren't sure, I'll explain. When I wave hello, my hand and arm stops while in the air, but my skin still feels the need to move LOL Thanks! :)
 
If you're talking about your triceps, the back of your upper arms, I think I know what you mean...

The triceps are a very UNUSED muscle, like the bicep, the front is a very used one. The exercises for them should be low weight and high reps.

This site gives some good workouts for that area: http://www.netfit.co.uk/trimen.htm Try the kickback and the two arm pullover with light weights, soda bottles are good home weights.

Js-- I laughed so hard at your description... I also have the same problem so you would think I wouldn't laugh. Robin thank you so much for the website... loved it. I have been using light weights but I think the different ways will be more effective...

My Mom had this problem for years, she had to wear specially sized sleeves because of it. I figured I would inherit it also so I work hard on my arms.
