Bottled water

I heard you can buy cases of bottled water at the resorts. Does anyone know how big these cases are and how much they cost? I'm staying at AKL if that makes any difference.

$6.39 for 24 bottles from what I have seen.

Yes in the gift shop or Market they carry a case of Dasani bottles (they are littler ones maybe 12oz?).

I keep seeing people post that the price is $6.xx for 24 bottles. However, when we were at AoA in June, the price was $16.00 for 24 12-oz bottles. I even took a picture because I kept seeing the $6.xx price posted on various message boards and I was actually kind of surprised that Disney would sell water that inexpensively. I don't think $16.00 is a bad price (for Disney) but 6.xx would be better. I guess for our trip next year, I need to check other resorts and get a better price.

Ok, good to know. Thanks. I was going to use garden grocer to deliver some water to me but they have a minimum of $40 plus delivery fee and all I really need is water, not $40 worth of groceries especially since we're only spending 5 nights there.

Instead of buying water, we used the Brita water bottles with the built in filter. We are picky about water flavor and these worked great for us, even when we refilled them at the super gross water fountains in the parks. It saved us from having to carry full waterbottles all over!

Garden Grocer has tasty beer and wine too plus fresh fruit and snacks. Makes getting 40 bucks easy. And tasty.

At the BWI last March, the case of 12 oz. Dasani was $6.99.
It seems inconsistent though!
It was a bit of a pain to lug it up to the room, but nice to have (we needed the water!).
If you have Amazon Prime, right now if you order 4 6-packs (I think it was 6 packs) of Dasani at $2.00 and change each, it gives you free shipping with a Prime Pantry box. I just ordered two of them for our upcoming trip (one with water and snacks, and one with laundry supplies, more toiletries, snacks, I forget, but after I ordered the first one I remembered a bunch of stuff I wanted). They were running a $5 Prime Pantry credit for using regular shipping lately, and I use Amazon all the time, so had a bunch of credits as well. I don't know how long the free shipping is running, but it's worth it if you have prime.
I like the fact that they'll deliver it all to the room! We also ordered a $15 travel coffee maker!

Two cases of water and two 12 packs of beer easily tallies up to over $40 with GG, and its $40 well spent.

We just returned today from a split stay at WL and the poly. WL did not have the cases of water and that was even after asking a few CM's when we did not see any out or on the shelves. Went to BC one night for dinner and they had several cases of 24 (water is the kids size that comes with their QS meals) and the total was $6.81 with tax. Poly had the cases too when we were there. Seems to be that you can find them at some resorts but not at others. Beach club and Polynesian definitely had them for sale
