both WLV and BCV available?

Are BCV and WLV available thru Disney for purchase or just BCV? What is the price now? Is it going up JUne 1? I know others are vavilable thru resale. Do the resale prices go up accordingly when Disney raises the prices? Thanks

Disney is currently selling only BCV to new buyers for onsite property sales. VB and HH are also being sold directly thru DVC.

VWL is available to existing members thru DVC. BWV and OKW are only available thru resale- except for the occasional add-on thru DVC.

The current price is $75 per point (there is an incentive available to lower the cost) and will rise to $80 on June 2.

Since resales are negotiated between seller and buyer, there is no direct relationship between DVC prices and resale pricing, but usually, sellers tend to expect a higher return as the price increases thru DVC directly. Disney also has the right to buy a resale contract where it feels the offer is too low.

Thank you. The info is for my sister. We are DVC members at BWV and a VB add-on. I haven't paid attention to availabilty and prices sice I didn't need to for myself. I thought it was BCV but then I heard about WLV but they must have been add-ons. Thanks again.

A lot of use years at HH are gone. I called about ten days ago and was told my use year of September is gone.

Did you put your name on a wait list for addon points? Our use year of August was also sold out, but we were put on a list and in a few weeks points became avialable. In fact, I just put the FedEx envelope in the box this morning. jerry.
