Both Parks Same Day TP

I have always avoided EE but I have friends who have EE and want to try and hit all the major adult attractions in both parks on Monday. I am looking for a recommendation on the order of attractions during the EE hour at DCA, including whether to hit RSR at rope drop or get in line for a FP 10 min before official open. If they do that, about when will the FP return window be? They also want to do Aladdin and WOC which will require multiple trips between parks. TIA.

We were at the parks 7/8-10 and at DCA rope drop on 7/9. My nimble 18 yo DD stood on the far left once at the rope inside and got FPs for RSR at 8:35. We stood on the right and got in line for the ride where she managed to join us. We rode and loved it, hit TOT, then back for the second RSR ride. Also in line for Aladdin at 4:30 for the 4:45 show and ended up sitting at the front of the balcony, not perfect but the only time we could make it work.

I was at dca at rope drop last week. I went to the rsr fp line about 10 min after opening and the return time was 9:40 am, not bad at all. We ended up waiting in that line about 15 min.
