[WDW-BWV]

BWB is closing for renovation to expand the service lobby to include mug refills. I was told the ESPN arcade is being taken over to move bakery equipment around. I think this will happen after the first if the year.

"lobby" - you mean that 20 foot space where you must look over someone's shoulder to see what food there is and then pay while jockeying for position with 20 other families at once?

Well, a mug station is welcome just wish they'd create a way better quick service place.

I Agree... Go over to the BC and you can see what is lacking for bare bones CS meal options.

We love everything about BWV.....

EXCEPT for the horrific CS options. Our family loves to figure out why WDW doesn't think people at BWV want better CS. BCV has way better options for CS and even has two places: Marketplace and Hurricane Hatties.

Why is BWV so lacking in CS options?

I thought the bakery already handled the mug refills? Never bothered there though...way too inconvenient.

this would be great...yeah mug refill options and CS at BWV stink... the food in the Bakery is wonderful, but going in there is not...and who is ever in tht ESPN store period... I must say I do walk over and get food at BC area, often we will just get soup and sandwich.. and rebel that I am fill my refillable mug.(Oh it is for that trip not a return mug offender) This really should be on the DVC boards tho

Personally I love the Boardwalk Bakery...though lines can be tough to navigate...SUCH a small space...the sandwiches and pastries are worth the wait...

You can refil your mugs there, but you have to wait in line to do so as the pop machine is behind the counter.

Any news on when it is closing...I will be staying at the Boardwalk for Marathon weekend (Jan 13-16) and would be really disappointed if it was closed!
