I noticed that Delta non-stop flights for December are getting back into the realm of affordability right now. They are selling at $272/person which is pricy but better than the $400+ they had been running. Should I book these now or wait until Jet Blue releases their December rates? They didn't seem to be running too much cheaper - $129 each way. i have been really antsy about getting tickets and part of me just wants it done.

well, I'm just waiting for Delta to drop their rate lower than what I paid. I got $177 RT non-stop back in january. Boston/MCO

With the current air travel climate, I would personally JUMP on any non-stop flight BOS-MCO that was under $250. I really think that the days of regularly flying for under $200 or even under $150 are in the past. If you find a flight with times that fit your needs, and at a price you can live with, I'd book it. JetBlue has not been significantly cheaper lately, unless you happen on a sale, which for December around the holidays, may be tough to come by.

Good Luck! I'm in the same boat for February. I have my flight to Florida, but to get home, Delta is looking for $599 for a ONE WAY, and that's just a tad too rich for my blood.

This is what I am thinking. I got burned in January because I didn't book Delta right away and then the prices went up. Part of me just wants to book now but I'm bummed that I'll be paying $400 more than I had orginally budgeted. I doubt that I will get less than $250/ticket unless I wait for Southwest but they don't fly out of Boston. However, I wonder how Delta's service and refund policies are compared to Jetblue. I know Jetblue will give a credit if the rates go down bit what about Delta?
