borrowing/transferring points allowables

I know only one "transfer" is ok per use year (unless this has changed) , I don't think borrowing from the next year is considered a transfer, is that correct?

We are going to make a res for Aulani, but I need about 150 more points to cover it. and just in case something messes up and we have to change views, it would be nice to know if I have the flexibility to borrow points from next year to cover that if necessary.
