Borrowing Points?

I just talked to the nicest MS representative! I was able to confirm a BW view from May 31 - June 5. My DH and I are planning on staying off property for the weekend and then want to stay from June 7 - June 12. My use year is April so we are using points for our first week during the April 2009 use year. For the second week, we are 3 points short for the April 2009 use year. Would we be able to borrow the 3 points from the April 2010 use year (even though I am planning on booking on November 7th) or would we have to get the three points transferred to us?

I know I should have asked the MS rep, but didn't think about it until after I hung up. The wait time is terrible today with the Member Cruise booking so I really don't want to call back. Anyone able to answer my question?

Yes, you will be able to borrow your own 3 points for the reservations.

Since your stay is within your 2009 UY you are allowed to borrow from your 2010 UY. The date that you call for the reservation has no affect on the ability to use those points.

I suggest that you be very specific with MS and make certain that they use all the rest of the 2009 points and only borrow the 3 points.
