So this week I ran into this known issue of cannot borrow any points online (7 dwarf page after confirming how many points to borrow).
MS today told me the new rule is that all borrowing has to call in (No resale or direct distinction was mentioned). When I communicated last week I was able to borrow online, she has no available answer.
My questions is has anyone been able to fix their contract/account so they regain the ability to borrow online after running into this issue, and what specific steps should I ask for.
Wondering should I spin the MS roulette or this issue has no known fix...

Contrary to what MS is saying, AFAIK this is not a general issue, it only happens to certain contracts of certain membership (No idea what triggers it)
I was more wondering if there is someone who already had this bug happen, were actually able to get it fixed.
