I had made a ressie at BWV (borrowing some points to do this) and then changed the ressie to OKW which required fewer points. Now, my question is this: Are the points that are left still "borrowed points" or, since the ressie was changed, are those points not used still in next year's points?
Do we ever get statements?? I'm getting myself confused!!

Thanks for the help:confused:

Hey Denise, once the points are borrowed, they cannot be returned to their original use year. You will have to use them before they expire or they are forfeited. Maybe that means you can stay an additional night. :D MS does not ever send out a statement of your useage, unless you request it. Then, they will be happy to send you the record of your points. Hope this helps and happy planning! :smooth:

If your reservation is still a combination of this year's points and borrowed points call or e-mail MS to find out how they were allocated and what your remaining total is. Be sure they use as many of the borrowed points as you need first and then start using this year's points. If you're still within your time limit you could bank any leftover 2001 Use Year points.

Here's a rough example:

BWV reservation was 120 points. You used 100 of your 2001 points and borrowed 20 points from your 2002 Use Year.

You cancelled the BWV reservation and booked OKW. This takes 100 points. Have them use the 20 borrowed points and 80 of your 2001 Use Year Points. You will have 20 2001 Use Year points left over that can be banked if you are within your deadlines.
