borrowing and then transfering points question?

Does anyone know if I can borrow points from my next use year and then transfer those points to another member. I can't seem to find that info in any of my paperwork! Thanks for any help!

No, you can only transfer current use year points. You can not transfer banked or borrowed points.

I can see not being able to transfer banked points, but the reasoning behing not being able to transfer borrowed points eludes me.

Rich has given you the technical answer and I believe this is usually the true answer as well. Allowances are made when one person owns multiple contracts. MS may not realize that the points are borrowed. You may also be able to borrow the points and use them for yourself then transfer the then current use years points to another.

Also remember that you can transfer a future years points to another members future year as well. For example, one of my use years is August and is coming up. I could transfer the August 01 points and the other member could use them for stays up 31 July, 02.
