Borrowing 2015 points--how soon ?

Ok, can't seem to wrap my mind around this and need help please.

We are completely out of 2013 points. We have all 250 point for 2014 and our UY is March.

My situation is I need to make several reservations for first week of April 2014 (daughter getting married).
If I understand correctly, I can book my home resorts as early as first week of May 2013 ? Can I borrow my 2015 points and if so, how soon for reservations to be used April 2014 (probably in the April 1 to April 5 time period).

You can book your home resort 11 months from check-in when booking with home resort points. For example, if your check-in date is April 1, 2014, you could book on May 1, 2013.

April 2014 is in your March 2014 Use Year so you can use March 2014 points and you can borrow March 2015 points for that stay. You can borrow the March 2015 points when you make the reservation in May 2013.

Borrowing is a final transaction so if you end up cancelling your reservation, any March 2015 UY points that you borrowed will remain in your March 2014 UY and will expire at the end of Feb 2015 if not used.

Everything is based on UY of the trip, not when you call. As mentioned, since your trip is in your 2014 UY, you can use banked 2013, 2014, and borrow from 2015.

When I am planning. I just figure out the UY the trip is happening and then I know I can use banked from the previous UY, points from the UY of the trip, and borrow from the UY after the trip.

I was feeling that way a few months ago...now I own 100 more BLT points!!! Its nice to look at my account and not see a whole bunch of zeros anymore....
