Borrowed Points go still back

Do Borrowed Points still go back to the Use year the come from when i cancel my reservation?

Somebody mentioned that it doesn't always IMMEDIATELY happen, but the application periodically updates then sends them back (Thursdays?). I don't know if that's always the case but it did do that for me.

As of today, they are and as mentioned, it is not always automatic. Within 2 weeks is what is typical.

You can actually ask the CM to get a supervisor approval to do this immediately. When I cancelled, the CM gave me the option without me even asking, and had me refresh while on the phone to see that the points went back to the 2021 use year.

I had a waitlist come through for a reservation in 20 days and the extra 6 points I got back that were borrowed, went back to 2021.
