Ancient Chinese secret.
Wasn't Larry in that commercial???
Ancient Chinese secret.

Hey, South Carolina is the half way point for us.
Now, I'm hungry...
I'll meet you there in 16.![]()
Seeing as how this thread involves BS....it's time for a poll!!!
Do you neatly fold your toilet paper, or wad it all up. Which, IYHO, is the more efficient of the two?

Ancient Chinese secret.

...The dogs are gettin' cold.
Would that make them "chilly dogs"???
Where are you? The dogs are gettin' cold.

So what exactly are you trying to say here Jen?![]()

All I can say is WOW. It's sort of funny Jen you said it perfectly but at the same time managed to be snarky. This forum is the most enjoyable camping forum out there. Even though I've never had a chance to meet any of the fiends I sure do enjoy the laughter they bring. I hope to meet some of you at the fort someday.
The weather was too warm to check for proper inflation. Guess we'll have to take a rain check.

I wonder how much it would cost just to have the air in your tires rotated ?![]()
First, you get two of those giant tubs of Utz's pretzels (like they sell at Sam's - one for each tire), after eating said pretzels, you go to your local hardware store and get a 1/2" diameter rubber tubing. A 6' length ought to work fine. Go to your local science store and get some rubber stoppers that will accommodate the 1/2" tubing on one end and the stem on the tire on the other end. You will need to drill a hole in the lid of the Utz's container to accommodate one of the stoppers. Oh, and you will need some sort of pump to suck the air from the bike tire and transfer it to the Utz's container. You can save some $$ on this step if you really suck. Once all the air is removed from the front and rear tires (and if you did this carefully, you will have one container of front tire air & one of rear tire air). Now, reverse the process putting the front tire air in the rear tire & vice versa. You may need to use the pump again, placing on reverse cycle, unless you really blow.Do you stop over in SC or drive thru? We're in the Central Savannah River Area.

Would that make them "chilly dogs"???

We used to stop at the Florence KOA on the way down, and it is still our stop on the way back, but for the last couple of years we have driven down to the Savannah South KOA. This year we may compromise, though, and stop at the Point South KOA.
Being the old snarky gal that I am, and that I can't hold my tongue on most occasions....I shall put my several cents in here
WELL SAID!!!!
I look forward to finding out the latest information on the fort, going there (like I just did and came back) and proving someone wrong that posted rumor information by going out in the woods and snooping around, all the while enjoying the wildlife that walk up next to us and then quietly away. (yes, we saw this awesome doe and she was so beautiful yesterday while proving a TCD rumor wrong). :
