I am a member of Borders Perks, and was checking out the "Overwhelming Offers" email today...I'm not sure I understand how this works....They just had one for Clinique - $25 off of $50. I was about to grab it, but it said I would get 25,000 OO points which was worth $25. How do the points work. Does the $25 rebate credit right to your credit card?
