Booth Times for F&W?

I thought the Food and Wine booths opened at 11:00, but now I am seeing 9:00? I'm confused - when do they open? We will be there on a Saturday, so we'd like to start as soon as they open to maximize our time before the lines get crazy.

They start at 11:00 am and are open till almost closing.
