Booted from Maze - WHY??

I made it to the last room in the gold maze. I was not sure what to do and antoher player who had been sort of following me (and was nice) said is this the end? And the CL said "You won." so i sat in a chair and waited and then I was booted!! What the heck?? I don't know what I did wrong - were we supposed to go through the gold door? Were we supposed to leave? No one took our name, that I know of.

that is what is supposed to happen.So once you win people do not fill up the maze by just hanging around.

They write your name down and then they boot you from the room to make room for others

they are taking down your name and then you will be awarded the prize (purple doors) on Monday-

They boot you when they get your name down- so that they can keep the room empty and people don't just hang around all the time


you didn't do anything wrong and it isn't personal

Thanks so much, I did read something about that, but then was just being stupid about it - YAY I finally won a VMK host game! It was fun, too!!

The boot is better than losing the game... That sounded so wrong. But it felt so right when I saw the window saying I was booted

ok, this doesn't have to do with getting boot from the room, but it does have to do with the maze event. I just didn't want to start a whole new thread:

Does the person who finishes the maze first for the day get anything special??
I finished it first today, but right before i entered the first door to start the maze, a person asked staff if the first person who finishes 1st gets inferno. Of course, I did not see the answer to his question as i was in the teleporter at the time, so does anybody know anything about this?

It would make me UNBELIEVABLY HAPPY if this were true, but it kinda seems too good to be true.

Is this just another unfortunate rumor??

They don't give you the doors, they just take down your name down, and they will show up in your inventory tomorrow.
