Just start another trip planning!! I already have HDDR booked for Oct 25, '06. And then, just before I leave for my Nov trip I willl have booked our villa for that '06 trip. Then when I get home from WDW in early Dec, I can book our air for '06. Yep, always have some kind of trip in the planning stages.

OK, It's after 8am EST...Disney folk should be at work...and the hours should be posted!!!! :rotfl2: I am going to drive my son to school shortly, do a few quick errands at the bank and PO and darn it, those hours better be posted when I return. kwim ;) this is just crazy!!!! :earseek:
 

It's not bad enough that our November trip is a spur of the moment thing! Now I can't even PLAN what we will be doing while we are there.....comw on Mickey help me out here...I thought we were pals. :badpc:
 
Well i was expecting to at least have them today, after the weekend. I am getting so angry, maybe i should leave coming on here for a few days to calm down.

OMG! Where are the hours, it's practically the middle of September. I was trying to be patient but now I'm really starting to freak out!!
 
sigh---it's not just Disney that keeps us waiting. :rotfl: Every Monday morning I eagerly pop over to read the "Anita Answers" column. I've picked up some great Disney tips from her. But I have to say, most Monday's her column isn't posted until much later in the day. :confused3 Oh well...so I wait for hours....Anita Answers...and Mouse Planet's weekly update. tick tick tick :rotfl2:

OK, I just got off the phone with a Disney customer service rep, and HER explaination is that they are transferring over to a new computer system, and that it may be another week OR TWO before they post. I pointed out that this seemed like poor planning on someones part, and she allowed as to yes, it certainly was (she also mentioned that they are getting TONS of calls about this!). She also sort of started to say something about 'they are changing everything around' but then backpedaled, and I don't know if she was referring to the computer system, or the hours.

I think we should all call at different times, to see what excuses different CM's give us. I mean, at the very least, it'll entertain us until the #$%^#*&&% hours come out . . . and who knows - maybe they will all give us the same story. I'd like that.

My bet is they are waiting until the 30 day mark. They did this in the past when I was planning a vacation a few years ago.
My luck...
So, that puts us at about 2.5 weeks until we see anything.
I hope I am wrong........

This is just absurd. So we shouldn't expect them today or this week either? I work in corporate communications and I can tell you right now that this would NEVER fly at my company. My head would roll!
 
Being in the Uk its difficult to phone but i would e-mail them, what e-mail address do i write to. Also we should all do it, everyday, lol.

I just called. She said that they're not in the system yet. Oh really? Thanks for the insight.

None of the CMs know anything. The communication from Disney corporate is disappointing. They should have issued a statement to the CMs about WHY the hours aren't finished yet.

It's deplorable in my opinion.

I am going to call right now. And then after lunch. And then after supper!!!!!!!!! This is just flat out ridiculous. As I said before I have decided I will just let my ADR's the same as they are and if something doesn't work I'll just cancel at the last minute down there. I'm just not going to ruin this vacation by worrying about it constantly. I'm sure there will be plenty of people there to take our table when I cancel!!!
