When will new books be published and printed for 2007? I don't want to buy a 2006 book and a month later them come out with the 2007 version.

Not 100% sure but I have noticed most come out around October/November. If you check Amazon.com you will see the publishing date for the next years guide is usually october. Hope this helps. :goodvibes

I have read a lot on this wonderful board and have learned so much neat info but, I have a question (one, that I can think of now LOL) I called our local Barnes and Nobles for the two books talked about, The Unofficial Guide 2006 (they have) and the Passporter world resort (2006 not in stock but they have the 2005) Is there much diff in the two years or should I calm myself down and wait and order the 2006 passporter. LOL I also noticed that on line there was a big price diff I guess because one was made of leather but, it seemed to be the same book just a diff dollar amount.

We are going June 5-12 2006 and we are so excited. This is a family vacation with my DH, DD that will be 9 then and myself. We will be staying at the pop century and also are flying. I am trying to get all the info I can on everything so we can have a very good and relaxing vacation. We do not normally get to do such a big vacation and DD and I have never flown before. I have been to WDW when I was a teen way back in the 80's and would have loved to have stayed longer. We drove from Orlando everyday to the park from our hotel.

Does anyone have any info on the "My Disney Girls Perfectly Princess Tea Party?" I know that they get a lot of things with it and it is pricey but I wanted to do that one if it was really neat and then another charecter meal. I think the "Once upon a time breakfast with Cinderella" would be neat. To be in the Castle would be awesome!!! This part of the trip is to be a surprise for our daughter. Any wisdom from you all would be wonderful!!! How about the Chef Mickey??

I guess you can't tell that I am so excited and spending all my spare time looking up a lot of info. This site is awesome and so many wonderful people and pictures too. :Pinkbounc

Thanks a bunch!!!

You might want to post your questions in a thread under Theme Park Attractions.(you just click on the new thread button and post your question there.) You will be more likely to get help there. I can tell you that we went to Chef Mickey's for breakfast and it was fun. We really liked it. There was minnie and mickey, goofy and chip n'dale. The food was good also. About the guidebook I might wait and get the new one. The 2006 should be available now or very soon. You can try the website I know many have ordered it already. Hope this helps. :goodvibes

I can only speak for the Unofficial Guide, but there are roughly 80 to 120 new and updated pages every year. Restaurants, hotels, and things like Extra Magic Hours tend to change much more frequently than, say, Peter Pan's Flight.

Hope this helps!
