I found out. I searched the DIS. It's the Grosvenor, which I guess should be renamed to GROSSvenor, because I can't find one good review!

Guess it's back to priceline.

The 3* rating would worry me...there's a lot of "leeway" in a 3* rating.

The websites definition of 3* may be my definition of a 1.5*! LOL

I'll let ya know how it turns out.

I booked it, and it is the Grosvenor. I normally never would have done such a thing but we desperately needed a place to stay and there was no availability at any of the Values. The best Disney could do was quote us $179a night for the Royal Plaza, and I figured I could do better on my own- we wanted a couple of days after our cruise and we're on a tight budget- if the cruise wasn't paid for, we wouldn't be going.

We'll see how it works out. I'm not too stressed about it, it's just DH and I, we have no kids and are only staying for two nights- we'll probably be at Pleasure Island until late late anyway and won't be doing anything at the hotel other than sleeping and showering.
