Booking ?

This is a follow up to an earlier post about Vero in July 2006.
Ok for all you experts out there....
Can I book a 3 night stay now at the 11 month window at my home resort(BCV) and then try to book Vero at the 7th month for the same 3 nights?? If I was able to get Vero could I just simply use the points that I used to book the BCV stay?? Is there any penalty for swtiching reservations at that point??? I'm worried about getting Vero with it being 4th of July week and if I couldn't stay there I would want to be at BCV with SAB.
I was going to call member services but since I'm online I thought I would put it out there and see what you think. I'm afraid that I'll have trouble with most resorts at the 7 month window with it being a holiday week so I am trying to figure a way to cover myself. Also the airfare right now is about $400 cheaper for our family of 4 than it was this past May. I would like to jump on it but want to be sure I have somewhere to stay. Ha Ha

Yes, I'm pretty sure you can do that, I'm doing the same thing for May 2006. MS told me you just cancel one and book the other, no penalty.

I've done that several times. There are no penalties until 30 days prior, with reservations like that.

I am looking to do an add-on of Vero points. If this closes before the 7 month window hits (which it should easily), I will see about booking this for you if it is available. We could do it either for BCV points, BCV reservation or $$$.
